i tried checking the ingredients on a few snacks and couldn’t find clear info anywhere. it kind of felt like the details were being hidden, which really doesn’t sit right with me when it comes to food.

I used to grab Hampton Farms stuff without really thinking twice, but lately I’ve started feeling uneasy about them. The information on their site feels vague, and when I’m trying to figure out what’s actually in their products or how things are handled, I just end up with more questions than answers. Maybe some people won’t care, but once a brand starts feeling unclear to me, I tend to focus on the red flags. At this point, I don’t really trust them like I used to

I ordered from hamptonfarms.com and was disappointed with how small the portion was. The bag looked like a decent size at first, but once I opened it, it felt half empty. The taste was fine, so that wasn’t the issue, but for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. I also really don’t love getting those canned apology responses like “we’re sorry for your experience” without anything actually being addressed. If this is the normal amount, I probably wouldn’t order again

I just wanted a normal bag of roasted peanuts, but the roast is all over the place. Some taste almost burnt, while others are barely roasted at all, and it seems to change from bag to bag. On top of that, the constant reminders to reorder/review are way too aggressive, especially when the product itself isn’t consistent. Frustrating overall.

"Makes me question their customer service"
I contacted them twice about a bad batch of peanuts and didn’t get any real help, just what felt like a generic canned response. Maybe it was just one situation, but if this is how they handle a simple complaint, it doesn’t give me much confidence in them overall

I checked out hamptonfarms.com thinking there would be a decent range of snacks, but the selection felt limited.

From the way the site presented everything, I kind of assumed there would be more variety, but it mostly seemed like the same basic peanuts in different bags. I was hoping for more flavors, mixes, or something a little more interesting.

If you're just looking for plain peanuts, it might be fine. But for me, it was kind of disappointing, and I ended up leaving without ordering anything.

I got my order and, i’m not really sure what happened, but about half the items weren’t what I picked. Maybe there was some mix-up along the way, but it was frustrating to open everything and realize so much was wrong.

"MOLDY PEANUTS AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I advise every person who reads this to buy any brand peanut other than Hampton Farms. I purchased a large bag of unsalted peanuts from a local retailer and found the nuts shells were covered in black mold, thw actual nuts were shriveled up and extremely dark in color. I emailed Hampton farms and was immediately spoken down to and was told it was not mold, but thanks for letting us know. Then at his response is what I got back after emailing that I felt brushed off by their customer service....

Like I had spoken before peanuts go through government -run & regulated peanut grading stations and are tested for any molds before they can be sold to us for processing.
Peanuts have to contain moisture before they can mold. The whole process ensures peanuts are reduced to a level of moisture to where mold cannot grow in peanuts. If mold occurred after the peanuts were packaged, it would be a fuzzy mold where moisture has been trapped.
I am only telling you what I know about our process and how I know these peanuts are safe without writing a book.

"Couldn’t find a working discount"
I was trying to place an order on hamptonfarms.com and figured there’d be at least one discount code that worked, but nope. The ones I found were either expired or didn’t change anything at checkout. Maybe I just assumed it would be easy, but it got annoying fast, so I ended up leaving my cart.

"Always Seems to Be Out of Stock"
I’ve tried ordering from hamptonfarms.com a few times now, and every time the things I actually want are out of stock. What makes it more confusing is the website kind of makes it seem like the products are available until you actually try to buy them. I end up going there ready to place an order, then leave with nothing. It’s frustrating because the site isn’t much help if I can never get what I’m looking for.

"Customer service felt slow"
I reached out a couple of times and it took much longer than I expected to hear back. By the time they finally responded, the answer didn’t really solve much, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating. I get that companies get busy, but to me, customer service is where you really see how much a business values people after the purchase. I was hoping for a better experience...

I feel like I paid way too much for this. The quality is just... fine, I guess? Not terrible, but definitely not what I expected for the price. It’s kind of annoying when something is hyped up or priced like it’s going to be great, and then it shows up and you’re just sitting there like, really? This is it? Disappointing overall

"Kind of a pain to use"
I hopped on hamptonfarms.com just looking for some basic info, it was more frustrating than I expected. The pages felt a little slow, and I kept having to poke around because things weren’t really where I thought they’d be. The menu didn’t make it much easier either, which was kind of annoying.
It was even clunkier on my phone. I felt like I was tapping around in circles just trying to get somewhere useful. The products might be totally fine, but the website itself could definitely use some work. I ended up giving up after a few minutes...

I ordered peanuts from hamptonfarms.com thinking they would taste fresh and nice, but they were kind of flat tasting. Like, not horrible exactly, but also not good in the way peanuts should be. They had this slightly stale thing going on, and there was barely any salt, so it all just came off bland to me.
Maybe it was just a weird batch or something, I don’t know. But for the price, I was expecting way more flavor and just a better snack overall. I ate a little bit and then sort of gave up on them, so I probably would not order again.

I opened the bag and right away the peanuts just had that stale, old taste, which was disappointing because I was expecting a fresh snack. I don’t know if they’d been sitting around too long or what, but they definitely didn’t taste fresh

I ordered from hamptonfarms.com and the shipping was way too slow. I kept checking the tracking, and it just sat there barely moving for days. Like, make it make sense. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed with the whole experience. The product might be fine, but the delivery took so long that it didn’t really feel worth it

"Prices feel a bit steep"
I looked around the site, the prices just seem too high for what you’re getting. Not terrible, just hard to justify. Especially when I can find similar snacks for less somewhere else

My order arrived completely crushed and even leaking, so that was a fun surprise from the delivery “professionals.” Not exactly thrilled to open the door and find a smashed-up mess waiting for me.
